Columbia, SC The Rosewood Drive area of Columbia has experienced significant regeneration in recent years. New and renovated homes, new condominium construction, a new branch office of First Citizens Bank, and the remodeled shopping center with a Publix grocery store have been the difference makers.
Rosewood is centrally located and is only five minutes from 5 Points and USC and about 10 minutes from The Vista, Fort Jackson and the VA Medical Center. So far this year 53 homes have sold in Rosewood with a price range of $110,000 to $263,722. The median price of the sold homes has been $149,000.
