Hopkins SC     Golden Gate Mortgage still has 100% Rural Housing Loans available until the funding runs out.  With a minimum credit score of 620 there is no required mortgage insurance to carry and the program is not limited to first time home buyers.  Almost the entire community of Hopkins qualifies for the rural housing loans.
Non-traditional credit may substitute for lack of traditional credit history with a rural housing loan, such as utility bill payments and insurance premium payments and other forms of non-traditional credit.
