A fellow stager friend of mine hooked up at the bank with a person that was hired to go see all the repossessed homes the bank has acquired and depending on their location they stage them My friend had quoted four homes, the bank called her on Wednesday at 7 PM to tell her they needed 3 homes staged by Friday (2 days after) , She was paniking then around one and a half hour after the first call they call her back to add the fourth home ! To start the year off right I was just hired as consultant and stage the new pool area for Living. I took my first before pictures yesterday and wanted to share with you, friends and collegues! I hear all suggestions. this estate is in West Palm Beach , Florida.

The tile wall behind the bed, was actually made out of foam. This is a great alternative for an inexpensive but high-end look. We bought panels of foam at the Hardware store and cut them 16 X 16 with an exacto Blade.
We painted the back wall in chocolate brown and the squares we cut into blocks were painted with Taupe color paint. Then we used a ruler to space each as we applied them with wallpaper adhesive.
We finished the room by painting the other walls in the Taupe color and the owners Mahogany bed and the Oriental … (12 comments)

Remember the faux doggy sleeping I talked about in my stagings. Well...here is the picture of "Lola" sleeping peacefully in the laundry room. I think animal lovers potential buyers will find it adorable and the non animal lovers find it cute...beacause hes a stunt. Lola is sleeping on her faux leopard bed. I will be posting all the before and afters of both properties we staged this week ! It was a lot of hard work, but both properties came out beautiful.
And now........HEEEEEEERES LOLA !

Im always on the look out ! for good advertising ideas. I was looking at some ideas in the http://www.stagedhomes.com/ University . And I was surprised I did not came up with this idea myself. I saw they take little cellophane bags and filled them up with candy and then they punch holed the business card , then with curly ribbon they put the card and hand them out to real estate agents for promo. I also made another card to go along with the business card...This card says "STAGE THOSE SCARY LISTINGS".
