I am such a perfectionist and bootie retentive when it comes to my Stagings. I have to have an exact plan for each nook and cranny of the home to be staged. I had to postpone this Friday's Staging job to next Tuesday because my client needs a few more days to complete her HUGE "To Do List" of decluttering.

Not long ago, I Staged a vacant Equestrian Home . The Master Bedroom was pretty big , once I staged the 4 post bed I added a Shutter Screen , (Of Course from Pier 1 Imports), added a mossaic and Rod Iron table . And created a cafe bistro in the room, I thought it would create a touch of romance. Realtors have called me to give positive feedback on the showings and apparentlly they love that cute bistro...Here's a picture of the staged bedroom.
