I remember in my younger days we used to visit westlake, there were a few stores back then and the only two stores left from that era are: Safeway and Walgreens. The latest approach after close of escrow when representing the Buyer has been:Place a sign on the front lawn (get permission from your client) for about 1month.Send flyers to neighboors letting them know You brought the buyer.I have used talking house a couple of times and it works!Include my website in (9 comments)
