I was wondering when the Aggies were going to get together to help each other out. If you ever need a resource or if there is ever a way that I can help an Aggie out, I will purposely go out of my way to make a call or to help you get to the next stage of your life. To give you a little bit of info about me and my Aggiecentric Firm and what make me different from the other financial advisors is, I only work with clients that have real estate or are going to acquire real estate under my 5 years to retirement platform. I have spent the last 5 years design a program to help Aggies reach retirement by replacing their income, so that they do not have to live their lives in fear of the ups and downs of the market.

My current project is focused on helping returning wounded veterans get into Blinn and A&M, and I am going to give them up to free rent to help them do it. If not Aggies, who else has as much pride in the men and women of the military who have served this country? I am currently in development on a specialized housing project in College Station that I will let these heroes use the New G.I. Bill to reach what I have accomplished and at the same time give them the skills and education to reach full retirement in 5 years or less. I am in development of my book and 5 year masters program on how you can systematically replace 100% of your income and reach your own definition of retirement. This is a program that will only be offered to Aggies and their families. Don't worry you are going to hear a lot about it in the future, (TV, Aggie Illustrated, 12th Man Magazine, Batallion, Aggie 96) to name a few.

I myself am a military veteran of 8 years and know the hardship of having your financial aid canceled because you are a veteran. I understand what it takes to work while going to school and not giving up until you reach your dreams.

Since this is a real estate blog, let's talk real estate. I can show you different ways to get anyone financed, I do residentail and multifamily cost segregation studies and can show your active real estate clients how to recover the last two years of taxes or on how to do a Tax-Free Roth Conversion. I am a national know real estate investor CPA. I have access to 30 year fixed commerical financing, 100% owner financing and a network of wholesalers and real estate investors. I help your clients establish business credit and to set up the correct operating structure to purchase real estate. If I can't find the property I am looking to buy, I have teams that can build whatever you want.
