Listen To The Rhythm Of The Falling Rain
This has really been a hot summer in Atlanta. With heat indexes of over 100 many days it seemed too hot to do much. Guess the buyers were thinking the same thing.
The past couple of days have been the most pleasant of the year. With a nice breeze blowing yesterday bringing rain today. We are happy to get it. Although it is too late for most of the new plants set out at the beginning of the season, we will take what we can get.

Can I See The House Today at 11:00am?
It is now 9:00 am and they want to see the house that is at least an hour away from my office and I have never talked to them before, much less met with them. I believe that is what I have always been told a "pop-tart" realtor would do.
