Cooliris Tour of Websites and Facebook Fan Pages - 04/24/10 07:43 PM
I recently added a few Point2 Agent Website Designs and Facebook Business (Fan) Pages to Flickr and have finally been able to play with Cooliris...what fun it is!!!  And each photo in Flickr is already being indexed by Google!  Makes you wonder how well listings would do if you put even the front of each home in Flicker with a link to the listing details page of your website!

p.s.  I read another post about the facebook fan page walls and allowing visitors to post...I don't necessarily agree because of the spam.  This is for your comments and others can "comment" on your comments, but they really don't need to be posting on your fan page wall.  That's just my opinion and I'm stickin' to it :-)

Also visit their Wall - and remember that you can do the same thing and take an excerpt from every single page of your website and copy/paste the URL for that page just after the excerpt for quick filler for your wall!!!!

When Are The Banks Going To Take Responsibility For Their Homes Sitting Out There Needing Repairs? - 04/04/10 07:41 AM
Saint Marys, GA - When we moved into our neighborhood 2 years ago, there was a home on the corner for sale...and it's still sitting there.  Come to find out from another neighbor that this home is a bank owned home and there is something wrong with the air conditioning and probably other things, however, the home is being sold with a home warranty (the sign for the warranty is usually down in the grass by the for sale sign though), but I guess the home warranty won't cover the air conditioner replacement???  So at what point should the bank be responsible … (8 comments)
