Try this out...I think I can make more money just with this "Old School Tool" (edit/delete)

There is a new Association forming across the country called the National Association for Real Estate Professionals or www.nafrep.com worth checking out, anyways they have started a sister website called MyNafrep.com its free and I guess you could call it a networking site focused on what NAFREP is all about. Whats cool about it is they have chat rooms, you don't even need to join ( Its free) but you can chat!! chatting seems almost old school LOL !! Try it, I'll be hanging out to answer any questions or brain storm with anyone on how this could help us all make more money. Go to www.mynafrep.com Its still in beta stage you do not need to join to chat from home page just go to chat as guest.

There is a new national association forming with 347 local chapters across the country that has some pretty great ideas about what this industry needs right now. Number one is the fact that membership is open to ALL real estate related professions on a equal basis. Number two is a national listing site for all

local chapters. Number three is they have created a community needs fund for all local chapters to give back to their local communities. Number four is the fact that they are building these local associations on the grass roots idea that in order to succeed today your most important resource is the network of all professions within your local real estate market and the relationships that can be formed through this association. They believe in order to thrive in today's market you need to get back in touch with not what you know but who you know, sort of a reverse technologies approach throw down your blackberry and extend your hand to the local carpet cleaning guy who now can be a member, be able to look him in the face and have an interaction with him over coffee learn tips and advice and when you need the carpet cleaned in a house its no longer XYZ company coming out to do the cleaning for ABC company, it Bob and his son Jerry coming out to clean the carpet for Sue !!! Who is going to go the extra mile? XYZ for ABC or Bob and Jerry for Sue?

The last 3 years of our lives have been spent building a website for real estate agents to use to list their properties on a national listing website that offered what we felt weresome of the tools and technologies that were out there in the market place but were in our opinion too expensive for the average agent to use and still try to make a living. We felt that a need for ongoing training and networking was important along with the ability to create virtual tours for all listings and a search data base that was very easy to use. We have now after three years accomplished these goals and are now working on the ability for agents to easily create a personal website.

In order for us to start the engine of the website so to speak we need help from you. We are now in the phase of getting our site popul;ated with listings from around the country. Instead of trying to sell agents a membership on a relativitly new under populated real estate listing site, we have decided to offer any

"Motivated" real estate agents a free membership to our site for a full year. All we ask in return is that you help us populate our site and offer us feed back on the tools and offerings that we have in order for us to grow in the right direction. We want the site to be everything a real estate agent would want and need at a price affordable for everyone to become more successful in their careers.

This is a free offer, you won't have to sign up for a 2 year membership or anything like that. I don't want your credit card number or any future payment arrangement.
