Gone are the days of having to pay a company hundreds of dollars just to put a picture property online.

In the past a realtor would do a quick drive by of your home, take a quick snapshot then place your listing online with hundreds of others. The only problemswas that a potential buyer never really got to see your property before contacting an agent.

We have set out to change all that. Now an Individal or an agent can use our site to upload up to 8 photos of a listing at no charge.

We do have a few requirements,
1. You have to upload at least 5 photos of your home so that buyers get a good overview of your property before contacting you.

2. You have to upload photos that are at least 530 X 330. We don't want small thumbnails.

3. Finally you have to agree with our terms- no soliciting.

All you have to do is go to our site and sign up for a free account to begin listing.
Anyone can browse the listings without registering, but if a seller decides to keep their contact info private, you will have to register to contact them.

Once you have registered, you will receive an activation e-mail. You will login to the site using the "My Page Button" This first page is your contact info, plus your chance to upload your photo or logo for business use. This image will be shown in all of your listings.

Halfway down the page is a small box. "Display your contact information to all" If you check this anyone, regardless if they are registred will be able to view you "Contact Information" Should you choose to leave it unchecked, your contact information will be hidded and users can only contact you via the online e-mail system that hides your true e-mail address.

Once you have set up your "My Page" you are ready to start adding your listing.
Just click the "add listing" button. You will be taken to a page that asks all about your property. Here you will also choose the small thumbnail image that will be shown in your searches. (If you want this image in your listing as well , you must re-upload it in the next section.)

Once you have finished with your listing, you will click submit and on the following page you can begin adding photos to your listing, by clicking the "Add Photos" button. Here you will be able to add up to 8 photos of your listing (min 5). the photos need to be at least 530X330 to be accepted. We accept very large photos, but remember they may take awhile to upload.
Once your done, that's it, your done.
