One of my favorite places to show properties is located in Swansea, Ma. A  little beach community known as "Ocean Grove".
 

What I love about Ocean Grove is the sense of community, the pride of home ownership is evident all around. Some of these homes have so much character, no two homes are alike!
What was once a summer getaway, these cottages have been converted and built up over the years to offer year round living.

The other day while showing property in Swansea's Ocean Grove neighborhood, I had the opportunity to meet the new neighbors!
This new family has made quite a splash with the fans!
Ocean Grove is a neighborhood located on the Cole's River in Swansea, MA.
Formerly a summer community, many of the homes have been updated over the years to provide year round residence.
Ocean Grove offers the residents of Swansea the town beach and boat ramp. Residents can purchase their beach stickers for $10.00.
