The average sales price on single family homes $459,925. Last year at this time the average sales price was $267,044.
The average days on the market has increased to 334 compared to 199 days on the market at this time last year in Swansea.
Year to date the number of single family homes sold in Swansea is 72 units. Last year at this time there were 53.

Summer is officially here and the weather coudn't be better!
The Swansea Town Beach was the perfect little get away, for this Brokers quick lunch break to enjoy the beautiful scenery, before heading back to the office.
The beach was full as many families were spending the day relaxing and just having some fun in the sun!
The Swansea Town Beach is open daily from 9-4, residents can get season passes for $15.00, non-residents $35.00.
So get out there, make a day out of it. Pack a picnic, bring your volleyball, don't forget the sun block, and head to the Swansea Town Beach!
