April 22 2010 is the date that everyone needs to start using EPA CERTIFIED contractors for any of their
renovation/remodel projects - interior or exterior - large project or small...
 
This is not just a MA thing - this is NATIONWIDE / FEDERAL ... all contractors for RESIDENTIAL remodels inclusive of painting projects MUST BE EPA CERTIFIED!

ALL FOR THE GREENING OF OUR ENVIRONMENT AND THE NEW EPA GUIDELINES CALLING FOR ALL CONTRACTORS TO BE EPA CERTIFIED ... JUST CURIOUS TO SEE HOW IT WILL BE ENFORCED. OR IS IT GOING TO BE LIC MASS HIC LIC WITH NO ENFORCEMENT??????????????
