I have been spending quite a bit of time around the house painting and fixing things in preparation of my first child's arrival. At the same time I have finalized a few home sales, touched base with clients and organized my office. Think about all the things that you and I work on each day: organizing files, returning phone calls, generating leads, negotiating contracts, listing homes, showing property, managing your household, keeping up with friends and family… the list goes on and on. Helping people buy and sell Santa Cruz real estate is a privilege. From Capitola CA to Scotts Valley, beach homes to mountain properties, I recognize how special this community is, and why people live and own property here. When I started out in real estate, I was most passionate about turning over a new set of keys to my buyer or delivering a check to my seller.
