Seabridge Marina and Marketplace
The transformation is outstanding...really something that has to be seen. Seabridge is located about 60 miles North of Los Angeles, halfway between Malibu and Santa Barbara on the beautiful California Gold Coast. The Seabridge Marina is an extension of the Channel Islands Harbor with the gorgeious Channel Islands located just off our coastline. The Channel Islands is a group of islands which were once the home of the Chumash Indians and are now a National Park. Great place to visit.

Well, here we are in mid-September. The inventory is gowing by leaps and bounds. There are very few sellers who are undertanding the message. Those that do are reducing their prices and selling.
We have new condos and single family homes both with and without boat docks being constructed in a new marina. Huge harbor expansion taking place. The interesting thing is that with all of the advertising done by the builders we are seeing many new buyers who are just being introduced to the area. This brings a whole new dimension to the scenario. We will see how it is going … (0 comments)
