  Are there more divorces recently? I have not seen any recent divorce rates but I have received a number of inquires lately about doing appraisals for home owners in a divorce situation.
 Divorce generally involves dividing assets and many times includes Real Estate.   The local MLS reported 7 sales in Pasadena Golf Club Estates for 2008 with an average sale price of $235,000. The lowest sale price was $105,000 and the highest sale price was $381,000.
  There are currently 19 homes listed for sale in the neighborhood ranging in list price from $159,900 to $790,000. There are two homes currently under contract in the neighborhood. Below are pictures of a few of the homes for sale.
