We all know clients cannot stage their own home effectively, but for those that insist on doing it themselves, create a do-it-yourself written report for them as a service. You never know how it will turn out but if you are descriptive enough and they are eager to get results, wonderful things can happen! This client whose home is shown below is a family member of a previous client. Once her house sold she brought some of the inventory over and helped her family member out.
