One is a 4 bedroom 4 bath 3 car garage Gulf front home on Eldorado Avenue that was listed for $1,395,000. This magnificent home with views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the intercoastal waterway was on the market for 699 days before it sold for $1,260,000. With 3450 sq ft of beach front living, the new owners have a beautiful pool home on Clearwater Beach.

Clearwater Beach Florida Market Report for July 2011 shows some interesting sales!
There were 5 Single Family Homes that closed during July 2011 on Clearwater Beach and the most expensive of these was a 4 bedroom 4 bath waterfront home on Island Estates that was 3250 sq ft in size. This fabulous home has a new 16000 lb boat lift as well as a 8500 lb lift and space to park a 70-80 ft yacht right out back! Listed at $899,000 this home sold after being on the market for 517 days for $830,000.

Clearwater Beach single family home market report for 2011 compared to 2010 also shows an upward trend which tells me that the local economy is recovering!

When all else fails, the graph says it all. When I see an upward trend like the top graph shows for 2011, I know things are indeed moving in the right direction! NOW is the time to buy!

The graph says it all. 2010 showed a downward trend while 2011 shows an ever so slight upward trend, which is wonderful news for the local economy!!!

there are no villas on the market in Clearwater Beach
