This is my second entry for this challenge and it involves previewing properties for clients up north. I have a client up in Pennsylvania that is interested in purchasing a condo down here close to the beaches with views of the Gulf of Mexico. She does not want to fly down without having more information, so I drove over to the complex in question and took a video of the condo, building it is in and the facilities along with about 50 photos.

Island Estates is a beautiful place on Clearwater Beach Florida to live. Yesterday I was out there showing a condo that is bank owned. The price was just reduced to 330k. With beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the intercoastal from the balcony, this 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo with a 2 car garage is indeed worth considering!
The building was built in 2007 and the condo itself is over 2000 sq ft! There are wood cabinets and granite countertops. This is such a fantastic location!
