Crystal Beach Florida - Market Report for August 2011 is as follows: We live in a small community here in Crystal Beach Florida and during August 2011 there were only 5 single family homes that closed. There are no townhomes or condo complexes here in Crystal Beach, only single family homes of all sizes and price ranges. The most expensive single family home to close during August 2011 was a 3 bedroom 2 bath bungalow (above) with 1878 sq ft of living space on Avery Avenue.
