Crystal Beach Florida - Market Report for August 2011 is as follows:
We live in a small community here in Crystal Beach Florida and during August 2011 there were only 5 single family homes that closed. There are no townhomes or condo complexes here in Crystal Beach, only single family homes of all sizes and price ranges.
The most expensive single family home to close during August 2011 was a 3 bedroom 2 bath bungalow (above) with 1878 sq ft of living space on Avery Avenue. This adorable home with wood flooring that is only a little over a … (6 comments)

Crystal Beach & Palm Harbor Florida are popular places to live! With the Greek community of Tarpon Springs to the north and lovely Dunedin and Clearwater to the south, Crystal Beach and the Ozona section of Palm Harbor are directly on the Gulf of Mexico!
Quiet and out of the city noise, these communities are wonderful places to live and play in the Florida sun! The market has been busy during the month of April and that is obvious from the following statistics:

Crystal Beach and Palm Harbor Florida residential sales year-to-date are looking really good! I think people are realizing that we are seeing a shift in the market and prices are stabilizing. With this in mind, here is what it currently looks like:
187 single family homes have sold so far for 2010 ranging in price from $760,000. - $61,500.
53 condos have sold ranging in price from $242,500. - $22,100.
29 villas have sold ranging in price from $220,000. - $33,000.
13 townhomes have sold ranging in price from $367,500. - $84,900.

Crystal Beach had 2 single family homes sold ranging in price from $142,680 - $109,000.
Palm Harbor is much larger than little Crystal Beach and that shows in the 107 residential home sales for March 2010! Here is the breakdown:
107 single family homes sold ranging in price from $690,000. - $61,500.
22 condos sold ranging in price from $242,500. - $41,000.
10 villas sold ranging in price from $189,900. - $33,000.
