I thought that might get your attention! This sea turtle over Crystal Beach Florida has spent the last couple of years up on this balcony, watching people walking by below. From time to time, he changes his position and sometimes goes to the balcony a floor lower, but he is always looking out to sea, wondering why he isn't there.
I love taking my morning walks and passing by this house with the sea turtle on the top balcony. The kids, naturally, think this is a cool addition!

While out for my morning walk, I was able to snap a few great photos of stingrays feeding in the shallow waters off shore.

It isn't often that I am asked about the furniture here in the Crystal Beach/Palm Harbor Florida real estate market but it does come up from time to time and the rule of thumb in our area is that the furniture has ZERO value as far as the contract is concerned. Negotiating the deal - that is what Realtors do It is also one of the reasons you hired a Realtor! You have finally found THE house that you want and your Realtor is writing the offer.....or is he/she?
