The market has certainly picked up and we are seeing it everywhere! Safety Harbor, that adorable little community directly on Tampa Bay, is no exception.
When we look at the price trend chart for single family homes above, we see something that is NOT typical for the area...........a slight DECLINE in sold prices during the last couple of months!

There were 13 single family homes that closed in eclectic Safety Harbor Florida during February 2012. The average price was $270,000 and the average number of days on the market was 48. The average sold price per sqare foot was only $117.49!!!
We are seeing shorter time on the market throughout the state! As the inventory decreases, people are snapping up the properties that are available.
