I have long purchased local honey and bee pollen. Back when I lived in Germany one of my students had a neighbor that had bees, so I got my pollen really fresh. Since I have been back here I have found that even in the health food store, the honey and pollen are NOT local! It comes from the Orlando area, which is about an hour and a half drive away!
