Tarpon Springs Florida single family homes report is ever so 'slightly' skewed since Matt Geiger's enormous home on Keystone Road sold in January of this year for $8,000,000. The home has 30,237 heated sq ft of living space divided over the three story home. There are 6 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms and 4 half baths. The entire residence is on 28 acres of land and was originally listed in May of 2007 for just under 20 million! Back in 2002 Geiger had a few local problems when his bison got loose and were wandering the local fields off of Keystone Road.
