Today I attended a home inspection in Tarpon Springs that lasted 6 hours. It was without a doubt the longest home inspection I have ever attended. The home is a beautiful home, not especially large (2500 sq ft), with a pool.
A six hour home inspection in a house of that size covered every nook and cranny. Now we will await the written report and then the homeowner will get the information as to what needs to be repaired before we can move on toward the closing table.
