Friday Fotos: What do you see out your window?
We are fortunate to have great views from our house.  It's one of the reasons we bought it.  We have a few of the Rocky Mountains, downtown Denver and the golf course (we back to the 7th green).  On a clear day, it's very peaceful to sit outside and just enjoy Mother Nature.  Frequently we'll see deer on the golf course.  They aren't interested in playing.  Ha ha!  This innocent was all alone.  I'm sure the family had to be near by.

As a Real Estate professional, when someone asks me about flooring, specially installing new carpet, my answer is choose something neutral.  Of course, I'm not a flooring professional.  If you are thinking of changing your carpet, seek the advice of the real professional (unless you are selling, then listen to your agent).
Debbie Gartner is my go-to girl when it comes to flooring.  Unfortunately, she's not local.  Bummer for us.  In this post, Debbie shares current Carpet Color Trends.  I was very surprised to hear about the color green.
