I've recently returned from 8 days out of the US, and while I can't say I really experienced much jet lag-this time-I do know that my internal "clock" was disrupted and took a few days to reset itself. And throughout the year I have conversations with friends, associates and clients who had been traveling in different time zones and professed to not really being "back" because of jet lag.
