So as I watched the Presidents address this morning, I was encouraged by the words that came out of his mouth. I know they are only words and we'll have to wait and see. (it seems as if that is what politics is all about!) I must say I'm not sure where all this money is coming from, you definitely can't just manufacture money and place it into rotation. I'm skeptical, but encouraged.
I'd like to hear what everyone has to say, good or bad. We as Realtors, have an opportunity to help out many sellers, even if it involves not selling … (0 comments)

tacoma: Have you heard of Realtors getting punished for being "Distressed Property Consultants"? - 09/24/08 02:40 PM
So awhile ago I started with the Distressed property blog and received plenty of responses (thank you). And truthfully I havent heard of anyone getting thrown under the bus yet.
I have been active in this niche and havne't had any troubles, legally that is. There are a few in our offices who also have taken advantage of the opportunity to help out a homeowner faced with impending default and possible the short sale., none of them have been called to court, yet.
