I was in Lansing on December 8th for a training seminar with about 500+ other business owners, Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Appraisers, Lawyers, Doctors, Retail Sales people, Motivational Speakers, Hair salon Owners, etc...) I learned a lot because I believe in networking with people who: are successful financially, personally, and spiritually. The only time I get depressed about the economy (anymore)is when I go into the office or go on a listing appointment. I used to believe (like alot of people in the industry) that I was trapped by situations that were out of my control, and that until things turned for the better, all I could do was wait it out.
