AND we were the #2 C21 Team in the Midwest AND the #10 C21 Team in the nation.  Staging works because it allows a buyer to see their stuff in your space.  The National Association of Realtors estimates that for every 3% that you put into your home you will get a 10% return.  So for all of my listings, I give a "staged price" and an "unstaged price."  Which room below will allow the seller to present their home in the best possible light and get the most money at closing? Dumb question, I know.  But then WHY DON'T ALL REALTORS STAGE THEIR LISTINGS?
