Buyers are no longer avoiding short sales in Fullerton.  In fact there is big demand for Fullerton homes for sale that are classified as short sales.  Even though it is a lot of paperwork and time consuming, the buyers are willing to contend with issues around Fullerton homes that are short sales.  Why?  Because many of these homes for sale are in very nice neighborhoods and in very good condition.  It appears that 2010 may be the biggest year ever for the sale of short sale homes.  The banks are cooperating, and the market is saturated with potential short sale homes.

Homes for sale in Fullerton do not seem to be hampered by rain.  And we have lot's - rain that is.  During this most recent deluge of rain, our buyers have not slowed down - we are showing during all of this bad weather.  Even last night during the hail we showed a Fullerton homes for sale fixer upper and a current remodel.  Offers are pouring in (just like the rain) for the under $500,000 homes for sale in Fullerton.  I guess we have to view this as a good market coming back.  Rain or shine we have homes that will … (0 comments)

My buyers are really down in the dumps - we found a great home for sale in Fullerton on Thursday.  We went to see it on Friday, late afternoon.  We were preparing an offer on Monday morning only to discover that it had been sold on Sunday night.  Now, this was not your bargain priced home in Fullerton for sale, but more an upscale executive type home in Fullerton, and priced at $900,000.00.  Even Fullerton homes for sale do not move this fast, especially when priced at this level.  If homes in Fullerton are going to sell this fast , then we must … (2 comments)

Vintage Fullerton homes for sale - rare and high priced -- STILL - 01/08/10 05:31 PM
Yes, the Fullerton homes for sale that are vintage in look and nature are still going strong.  We have several clients who want one, but every time one comes on the market at a reasonable price,  "bang" it is gone.  And not just with high offers, but with multiple high offers.  Then the bidding starts.  Now Fullerton real estate is nice , but wow, is it right to be this hot?  Our current strategy is to get our buyers as qualified as possible, make offers with no concessions by the seller, and put as much down payment in as possible.  And … (2 comments)

Wow - the market is surging with buyers for the low priced condos and for the low priced homes for sale.  Just today we received 6 serious buyer contacts for condos in Fullerton and Anaheim at the $200,000.00 and under range.  Fullerton real estate and Fullerton homes for sale have been in short supply, but the demand just keeps growing.  Now buyers for the Anaheim homes for sale in the lower price ranges are swelling too.  If we had 20-30 condos at $190,000 and lower, we could sell them all -- but they are not out there.  And when we do find one … (0 comments)
