Fullerton real estate, as well as other Orange County cities, has a MIA issue with move up buyers.  Where are they?  Gone, or just on the sidelines?  No one knows for sure but we suspect that they are all on "hold".  It is very likely that they are waiting for the world and US economies to calm down, even to start a sustained slow growth.  We suspect that the concern over job security, stock market valuations, and sliding home prices are promoting a "wait and see" mentality. The Long Beach home sales numbers are in for 2010 and they give us a pretty good idea where we're headed in 2011. Overall the market rebounded well in the beginning of the year but came upon a slowdown by years end. We expect to see the slow trend continue, and with it, a resurgence of the competitive pricing buyers have come to love. Luxury homes have not been excluded from this trend.
