Think green and start your own compost pile this spring by recycling your kitchen and yard waste. Okay, Okay, so this isn't the most glamorous thing that I've ever written about but hey, it's a great way to help the environment and grow awesome plants. You can build your own compost bin or purchase one at any hardware/lumber yard, they're fairly inexpensive and you'll be off and running. Homeowners insurance, we all have it and we need to have it. As we go through the home buying process, it's something that comes up very early on as we're not going past underwriting without it. But do we have a CLUE or even know what CLUE is? So, okay, we closed on our new home, we've moved in, we have homeowners insurance, but what if we have a claim? Daily Real Estate News | January 20, 2010 | Share FHA To Toughen Down Payment Rules The Federal Housing Administration will raise the minimum down payment for its least credit-worthy borrowers, agency announced Tuesday.Borrowers with credit-rating scores below 580 will be required to put down at least 10 percent.
