It came as a shock to me while reading the latest 2009 NAR Survey results. After all, Location is king, and I view NAR as providing Quality Data …Right? A few questions came to mind: What survey question was asked? Should agent and broker marketing efforts change? What took the #1 spot?
First – It could be that the results are due in part to the question asked. “What are the factors that most influence where you buy” The answer options took location – and split it up into 8 separate proximity questions. They used the word Convenience – as in … (8 comments)

Adding to the already way-cool floorplanonline interactive floor plan virtual tour, is a new automated tool that adds mouse-overs to each photo icon! Simple idea, strong results.
When viewing an fpo floor plan tour you may click the icon in the kitchen to see the kitchen photo - or - you may mouse over the photo to get a small thumbnail of the photo. The guys in the Dev department got it done before 2010 so... it is live now on all existing tours, and there is no extra fee for this addition.

We fought our old website long enough. Wordpress came to the rescue!
If you are looking to develop a new web presence / platform, I highly recommend Word press as an easy to learn option that has plenty of options advanced features.

San Diego REBARCAMP and NAR November 2009 Tips
I'm in! I just registered for #rebcsd (rebarcamp San Diego). Its the day before #NAR2009 - and I have to say, I look forward to rebcsd much more than NAR. However both will be great as the REBarCamp and NAR are in Sunny San Diego.
SD is a fantastic city, and I highly recommend hanging around and taking in the sights. I lived in SD for 14 months, and spent way to much time hiking the hills, sailing the harbor and soaking up the sun on my favorite beach (la jolla shore).
