Pricing Homes to Sell - 10/13/07 11:49 PM

Although every transaction is unique. In today's market pricing a home competitivly from recent market stats is one of the keys to selling it. Being honest with our clients about price & condition from the start contributes to quicker sales. Everyone wants to get the highest price the market will bear. The days of just putting the home on the market and seeing what happens is over. Preparing the home before it goes on the market and pricing it realistically are some of the ingredients to success.
