February showed an increase over January in residential listings sold, with an increase in the average and median price as well.* 15 residential listings sold* Median price $307,500* Average price $352,377* 1 land listing sold for $125,000* No commercial or multi-family units sold.Four of my last six escrows have been out-of-town purchasers looking for a slower paced lifestyle and leaving major metroplitan suburbs or cities. I definitely see that trend in my phone and floor up-calls and I believe it will continue as baby boomers retire in greater numbers. (0 comments)
