In my area, SW Corner of Utah, I am seeing more homes selling. In fact my February was the best February ever in the past five years, it even was better than February of 2005! Yet, I still get Realtors complaining of the soft market and saying they have never seen it this bad and on and on and on and on. It may be just me but I think that if everyone talks this way then that is the way the market will behave.
