The Key is To Be of Service!
I think I must have blinked because I open my eyes and notice that it's almost February already. It amazes me that time flies as fast as it does. I may have to break our my Christmas music again. As this rate it will be Christmas in a few more blinks.
Starting off the new year has led to interesting emotional reactions on my part. I set my goals for 2010. They're most action goals and a few results goals. I say that because I know I can control my actions but I can't … (3 comments)

Bernal Heights Real Estate Stabilizes!
Happy New Year. I hope you had a great holiday season. Many are glad we are now at the gate of the new decade.
2009 was a year of transition, one in which we went from great uncertainty to a greater sense of stability. Bernal Heights real estate values had dropped as much as 20% from the peak. By mid-year we began to see signs of improvement which formed what appears to be the bottom. At this point I would characterize the market conditions in Bernal Heights as stable and improving.

Rain, Rain, Go Away. Please Come Back Another Day!
Have you ever had to deal with so much rain over so many days that you felt an Ark might be a good investment? And rounding up animals by the twos sounded like a good idea?
Several years ago I was a new agent wanting to be successful and would do whatever it took to become a self sustaining and then top producing agent. I held open houses and did lots of prospecting. I Signed up with Brian Buffini and worked on my sphere of influence.

Travelling in America
I've been having a great time taking some time off, visiting family back east in New York. That was an enjoyable trip where I got into Manhattan a couple of times and as I've mentioned here before I was in awe at that magnificent city.
I'm not in Palm Springs which is one of my favorite getaway cities. I live in San Francisco and it's convenient enough for me to get to the desert. In addition to stomping around Palm Springs, I head up to Desert Hot Springs to check on real estate, the views and the wonderful … (6 comments)
