It's finally here.  And there are many signs that not only are the flowers and the tree budding but so is the activity by buyers looking for a new place to call home.  There are many good reasons for home seekers to be looking now and picking up a great place to call home.

Fitness Comes To Bernal Heights - And The Dogs Are Loving It Too!
A great new business recently opened in Bernal Heights and I had the chance to catch up with one of the proprietors of this new fitness center.  It's called "Fit BERNAL Fit." It's located at 701 Cortland and you won't believe how innovative a fitness center can be. It is truly groundbreaking.

It It Me?  Or Is The Sunshine Affecting Everyone?
I can't believe we've started having a few days of sunshine in a row here in San Francisco.  It has been very enjoyable not just to help the open house traffic for my listings but also for the psyche.  I didn't know what was going on with me.  Actually, I did.  We have had so much rain since the beginning of 2010 that is conspicuously coincided with a dismal overall feeling.  Most people know me as an upbeat guy...and I am.  But I have to admit that the weather was really getting … (5 comments)

Getting Through The 2010 Market Challenges! Just How Do You Mean That? - 03/02/10 11:02 PM
Market Challenges!  What Does It Mean In 2010?
Without a doubt 2010 has proven to be very different than 2009, 2008, 2007, etc...
What do I mean.  This year I'm getting an interesting balance of listings (more so far in 2010 than in 2009) yet the quality and the expectations around them are very different.  For example, there are buyers how still don't believe that San Francisco has held up well and isn't about to collapse allow for greater buy points.  The sellers are still thinking that the market may be challenging but their property is worth more than the market … (5 comments)
