The long awaited opening of the Precita Park Cafe is over. I stopped by last week and was delighted to see it open and as vibrant as you can hope for. Many of my clients, those who I've helped own a home in Bernal Heights, have also been waiting with excitement. I know that it will be a great addition and focal point to Bernal Heights and especially to those who live near Precita Park, which is how the name of the cafe comes about.

Yes I have confirmed that a new cafe is coming to Bernal Heights on the North Slope. This is tremendous news as the north slope of Bernal Heights which offers outstanding views of downtown San Francisco has been somewhat underserved when it comes to retail and commercial offerings. There are a few good cafes on Folsom, which I frequent offen.

I'm a real estate agent in San Francisco. I focus in Bernal Heights but have strong presence in Noe Valley, Potrero Hill, Glen Park and a few other neighborhoods. It's a great city with an amazing diversity in it's citizens and in it's neighborhoods. Also there are microclimates. The weather can be very different from one area to the next.
