Castro, Corona & Dolores Heights Home Prices up sharply in July. So much for the summer slow down this year, prices just keeping getting hotter in July in the Castro, Corona Heights, Buena Vista, Dolores Heights nieghborhoods. As you can see from the chart the median average sales price is up $307,500 for Single Family Home Sales.

June we saw even lower inventory and a faster selling pace then in May. Homes values in the Corona Heights & Buena Vista are sky rocketing. With only 8 properties on the market including Condo’s & Single Family Homes, and no new construction, it may remain a seller's market for the foreseeable future. Compare the information below to the San Francisco citywide SFR report for June with an average of 46 days on the market. Castro Real Estate Market steep climb upward continues in June. I spend allot of time in San Francisco's Castro District. For the purposes of analysis we have included Eureka Valley / Dolores Heights & Mission Dolores. There has been a flurry of activity the past two months. In May & June over 33 Condo's sold & 15 Single Family Homes vs. March & April where only 10 Condos sold & 12 Single Family Homes sold. Compare this report to San Francisco's June overall citywide market report; SFR Median sales price was $785,000 with an average 43 days on the Market. The (0 comments)
