As you may know, I spend much of my time teaching and writing about real estate investment analysis. Much of it is the basic theory and math, but in my grad-school classes I try also to include what I believe is more of a practical approach -- call it "applied finance" if you will.In that spirit, I've just released a 6-part video series demonstrating a step by step financial analysis of a mixed-use real estate investment.
