Contacting your loan officers is the single best way to secure new assets. They can refer you to back office web pages where you can register to list and sell REO's. Before committing to listing a REO, make sure what that bank requires. Create a vendor file of clean out crews, lawn servicing, repair or handyman type vendors are good to have also.
