The town of Franklin, MA has not gone unnoticed in recent years.  In fact, for a relatively small town it has been honored by two national publications which is a significant accomplishment!  Family Circle magazine in 2007 named Franklin, Massachusetts as a "Top Ten Town for Families" then the next year CNN Money named Franklin as a "Best Place to Live & Launch" meaning the town is business friendly.
Dean College in Franklin was just honored by US News & World Report as a "Best College" for the North region placing 20th out of several notable schools.

Town of Franklin, MA Hazardous Waste Collection Day - 09/13/11 02:27 PM

The Franklin, MA Department of Public Works is sponsoring a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day on Saturday, October 1st

 


(rain or shine) at the Recycling Center located at 455 Beaver St.


The collection day is for Franklin residents only. Tickets are $10 per vehicle and are required prior to the event.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Participation is limited to residents of Franklin, Mass. Positive proof of residence such as a driver’s license, tax bill, or other identification must be provided when pre-registering.
