Here are the most current 2012 residential tax rates bases on per $1000 of assessed home value.  These are towns in which I provide real estate services--all southwest of Boston.  It is clear that some towns offer alot of services relative to their tax rate and others not as much.

By now every Franklin, MA resident has heard that the special election results are in and the town has voted a resounding “YES” in favor of building a new model school.  The town of Franklin, Massachusetts will benefit from this school in so many ways as it will serves our children and keep/raise our property values.  Now our town will be able to maintain its current strong school rankings for many years to come.
 
 
The new Franklin High School proposal will result in:
 
— state reimbursement rate of 59.52 percent of eligible costs

I have attempted to show some of the more outstanding properties that are currently on the market through these Best Buy lists.  These homes may or may not be my listings, rather they are, in my opinion only, the best choices for the money...

Price Change Data for Franklin, Massachusetts Homes - 03/16/12 11:34 AM
There were 26 price adjustments over the past month on Franklin, Massachusetts homes for sale according to the Multiple Listing Service (MLSPIN).   Per the chart below, two price ranges posted the most price changes and the average total price adjustment was about 1.5%.
It is crucial to price a home right from the start to avoid costly monthly mortgage payments, inconvenience and studies show that well priced homes garner the most money over those who make reductions later.
