There was a famous "Seinfeld" episode in which George complains that he has no "hand" in his relationship with his girlfriend.  Of course, he was referring to feeling a loss of control and power over things.  This got me thinking about the current state of Franklin Massachusetts real estate.  Lately, buyers do not seem to have alot of "hand" when it comes to buying a good home.  In fact, throughout the entire metro west of Boston area buyers are lamenting the same complaints.
