Should sellers be present at showings? Good Morning America aired a segment today providing sellers with five tips for a more expedient sale. I missed this segment so I referred to their website. I was surprised at one of their tips.
According to their website, "Tip #4. Be available. Real estate agents across the country tell sellers they need to be available for showings and willing to negotiate prices. Sellers should be able to answer prospective buyers' questions about schools and the neighborhood -- and even the neighbors themselves".

The January and February weather here has been colder than usual. I knew it was going to be a sunny day so I decided not to work. Auditioning for the TN Governor's School for the Arts is no small feat but that's what my daughter did. My husband and I have always had an affinity for the arts. He comes from a very musical family and I, also, was involved in music and theater as I was growing up. That's actually how he and I met.
