I preview lots of homes. I want to know the neighborhoods I work in. Actually, I want to know the neighborhoods I work in well. If a buyer asks me, "How far is the closest grocery store?" I want to be able to give him an answer.
The same is true of statistics. I write lots of market reports. I know, incredibly boring right? REALTORS® may find market reports boring, but residents of these neighborhoods want this information. There isn't a day that goes by without someone asking me, "How is the real estate market?"

I love to get subscribers to my blog. It is a barometer of how well I am serving this community.
