My son, Jeremy, is a competitive swimmer. It was just four short years ago, he began this journey. His stroke looked terrible when he first began swimming competitively. He looked as though he were going to drown as he flailed around in the water.
My husband and I were certain he would give up after that first practice. But we had decided that if he wanted to quit, we wouldn't let him. We felt it would send the wrong message--that when things got difficult in life, it's okay to quit.

I currently have a listing that has a Temco Ventless Fireplace. The fireplace was once connected to an exterior propane tank. However, the seller had the tank disconnected and removed several years ago.
Along comes a buyer who likes the idea of buying a home with a fireplace. He wants some assurance that the unit does, in fact, work. The fireplace logs were working when it was disconnected but how do we prove that now? Hmm...

Yesterday, I received a comment in response to a post I'd written, Franklin TN Market Reports Get Lots of Clicks. This post addressed the record number of clicks I have received in just three weeks for a market report.
The comment: If most the views are from Realtors on ActiveRain, then what's the benefit?
I was a little surprised by this comment. It suggested that these clicks, 1,399 of them, were from other agents posting here on ActiveRain. I knew the clicks were not from ActiveRain members. How? You ask. By using simple math.
