Here is the Westhaven in Franklin TN Home Sales for May 2010. Homes closed during the month of May for 96% of listing price. There was also a 2% increase in the average sales price from $519,915 in April to $531,297 in May. The average days on the market increased from 44 days in April to 99 days in May.
